U.S. Roblox players · October 29, 2026 · By Shivam Das
Quick answer: Reports from Roblox players on October 29 describe a limited, one-time Marketplace offer that lets selected accounts apply a discount of up to 175 Robux to an avatar item. It is not confirmed as a universal offer, and it should not be confused with free Robux added to an account. Animation packs are worth checking only if the offer appears inside Roblox’s own Marketplace and the final price is clear before you confirm.
Players are discussing whether to use the reported offer on an animation pack or choose a cheaper accessory instead. The smartest move is to check eligibility first, compare the final checkout price, and avoid buying something just because a post says it is trending. Roblox’s official support warns that outside offers promising free Robux can be scams; never enter your password, session cookie, or verification code on a third-party claim page.
What is the reported 175 Robux offer?
Player posts circulating on October 29 describe a one-time Marketplace promotion for selected accounts. Reports differ on how the discount is displayed and who receives it, so there is not enough reliable evidence to say every U.S. player—or every Roblox Plus subscriber—qualifies. Check the offer shown in your own Roblox account rather than assuming another player’s screenshot applies to you.
At the time of writing, Roblox’s public support guidance does not confirm this specific 175-Robux promotion as a universal program. Roblox says offers of free Robux or subscription generators are scams, so the safe distinction is important: a discount displayed directly in the official Marketplace is different from a third-party site promising to credit your balance.

Are animation packs a good use of the discount?
They may be worth considering if your account shows the offer and the checkout clearly applies it. An animation pack changes your avatar’s movement animations—such as idle, walk, run, jump, fall, climb, and swim—rather than adding a one-off gesture or dance. Whether a particular pack works in an experience also depends on that experience’s avatar-animation settings.
There is an important price detail: Roblox Creator documentation currently lists a 300-Robux minimum price for creator-published animation packs. If that floor applies to the pack you are considering, a 175-Robux discount would reduce the price but would not necessarily make it free. Read the final checkout total before confirming.

Which animation packs should you check first?
There is no verified public list showing which animation packs are being purchased most often with this reported offer. Instead of inventing a trend ranking, use these practical filters inside the official Marketplace:
- Your everyday movement style: preview idle, walk, and run animations, since those are movements you may see most often.
- Compatibility: check the item details and remember that some experiences can override player-selected animation packs.
- Final cost: confirm the discount is applied and read the remaining Robux amount before purchasing.
- Animation quality: watch the preview at normal speed and check whether the movements fit your avatar and the games you play.
- Refund expectations: do not assume an item is refundable; read Roblox’s current purchase and support information first.
For many players, a frequently used movement style is more valuable than a pack that looks impressive in one preview. If the offer is a discount rather than a balance credit, compare animation packs against accessories you already know you want. There is no reason to spend simply to avoid “wasting” a limited offer.
Animation pack versus accessory: a quick decision guide
| If you want… | Check first | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A different movement style across compatible games | Animation pack preview and final price | It can affect several movement states, not just one pose. |
| A visible change to your avatar’s look | Accessory fit and Marketplace price | The item changes appearance without replacing movement animations. |
| To spend nothing extra | Whether the displayed offer covers the entire total | A discount of up to 175 Robux does not guarantee a zero balance due. |
| To avoid regret | Preview, compatibility, and final checkout screen | Do not buy based only on a trending post or cropped screenshot. |
How to check whether your account has the offer
- Open Roblox through the official app or by typing the official Roblox website address yourself.
- Go to the Marketplace and select an item you genuinely want.
- Look for an offer or discount displayed by Roblox inside the purchase flow. Do not follow an outside “claim” link.
- Read the final price, the amount discounted, and any conditions before confirming.
- If no offer appears, do not assume you did anything wrong. Reports describe a selective promotion, and eligibility may vary.
If the price shown before confirmation does not match what you expected, cancel and review the details. Never share a password, one-time code, browser cookie, or account recovery information with someone claiming they can activate the offer for you.
Is this offer official and available to everyone?
The specific 175-Robux offer is being reported by players, but we could not verify an official Roblox announcement confirming that it is available to every account. Treat it as a reported selective promotion unless Roblox publishes broader terms. An in-app offer is the safest thing to inspect; screenshots reposted on social media cannot establish universal eligibility.
Also avoid confusing a Marketplace discount with a Robux giveaway. Roblox’s support page explicitly warns users about free-Robux generators and external offers that try to collect account details. If an offer requires a third-party website, browser extension, survey, or your login credentials, stop.
Frequently asked questions
Is Roblox giving every player 175 free Robux?
That is not established by the reports reviewed. The promotion is described as a selective Marketplace discount on an item, not a universal deposit of 175 Robux into every account.
Can the 175-Robux offer make an animation pack free?
Not necessarily. Roblox Creator documentation lists a 300-Robux minimum price for creator-published animation packs, so a 175-Robux discount could leave a remaining balance. Trust the final checkout price shown in your account.
Which animation pack is trending with the offer?
We could not verify a reliable public sales ranking tied to this offer. Preview packs in the official Marketplace and choose based on movement style, compatibility, and final cost rather than unverified popularity claims.
What if the offer does not appear on my account?
It may not be available to every account. Check the official Marketplace directly and do not use third-party claim sites or ask another person to activate it.
Is a website promising free Robux safe?
Roblox warns that free-Robux generators and similar offers are scams. Never provide your password, session cookie, or verification code to an outside site.
